This year, we're issuing 200 Ember cards and 100 Infinity cards — our first run, capped on purpose. It is not a marketing scarcity tactic. It is the largest membership our kitchen, our service team, and our garden bookings can hold without quietly diluting any of them.
A card at N20 is a small promise. That a table will be ready when you call. That a birthday will be remembered. That the first dish on a tasting night will be set down in front of you, not described in a newsletter.
