These terms govern N20 Ember and Infinity membership cards issued by Shree Shyam Hospitality (operating N20 Resto, Ram Mandir Circle, beside Dhanwantri Hospital, Kalaburagi, Karnataka, India). Purchasing, registering, or using a card means you agree to these terms in full.
01About these terms
These terms apply to the N20 loyalty programme — both Ember (₹4,999) and Infinity (₹9,999) cards. We may revise these terms periodically; the current version always lives at /loyalty/terms. Material changes will be communicated to active cardholders at least 30 days before they take effect, via the WhatsApp number registered on the card.
02Card purchase & activation
- Cards are sold at N20 in person or by direct WhatsApp arrangement with the restaurant. They are not sold through third parties.
- A card becomes active on the date of purchase and successful registration of the cardholder's mobile number.
- Each card is registered against one mobile number and one name. The registered holder must be 18 years or older.
- The card may be presented at the bill by anyone dining at N20 (a friend, partner, or family member of the registered holder) to claim the standard 10% dining discount. All other tier benefits — birthday, anniversary, event ticket, banquet, garden, and tasting — apply only to the registered holder, verified by name and the registered mobile number.
- Point redemption is locked to the registered holder. A one-time password is sent to the registered mobile number at the time of redemption (see §05). Sharing, selling, or impersonating the registered identity is treated as misuse (see §12).
03Validity period
- A card is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
- Active cards may be renewed at the prevailing tier price; renewal extends the validity by another 365 days and preserves all unredeemed points.
- An expired card may be reactivated within 90 days of expiry on payment of the renewal price. After 90 days, the card and all unredeemed points are forfeited.
04Earning points
- Earning rate: 1 point for every ₹100 spent on a dine-in bill at N20.
- Points are calculated on the bill amount after any card discount and before GST.
- Earning applies to dine-in only. Takeaway, online orders, banquet bookings, and event ticket purchases do not earn points.
- Points are credited after the bill is settled and are not retroactively awarded.
- Points do not expire while the card is active and within its validity window.
- Points are credited to the registered cardholder regardless of who presents the card at the bill. Points cannot be transferred to another card, exchanged for cash, or converted to any other currency.
05Redeeming points
- Redemption requires OTP verification. A one-time password is sent to the registered mobile number when points are redeemed. The cardholder must share the OTP with restaurant staff for the points to apply. The OTP is valid for 90 seconds and is rate-limited.
- Points may be redeemed only on a dine-in bill at N20. Banquet bills, takeaway, online orders, and event tickets are not eligible for point redemption.
- Redemption rate per tier: Ember — 1 point = ₹1. Infinity — 1 point = ₹2.
- All discounts apply to the pre-GST amount. GST is always payable in full by the cardholder.
- If the value of points redeemed exceeds the bill amount, the customer still pays GST on the original amount; remaining points stay on the card.
- On a day points are redeemed, no other discount may be combined — including the standard tier dining discount, birthday discount, anniversary discount, or any seasonal promotion.
- Redemption is not available on a registered birthday or anniversary day; the tier-specific birthday or anniversary discount applies on those days instead.

08Restrictions & limitations
- Discounts and benefits do not apply to alcohol or beverages where prohibited by applicable law.
- Benefits cannot be combined with private celebrations, banquet packages, or third-party promotions unless explicitly stated.
- Garden bookings are subject to availability and weather. A same-day availability check is required.
- Banquet, garden, event, and tasting benefits must be claimed during the card's active year and do not carry over to renewals.
09Card replacement
If a card is lost, stolen, or damaged, a replacement may be issued on the same registered number, subject to a flat fee of ₹2,500. The replacement card carries forward the original validity period and unredeemed points; it does not extend or reset the validity year.
10Refund policy
Membership cards are non-refundable. Once activated, the card price is final and is not refundable in part or in whole — including in cases of unused benefits, voluntary cancellation, change of mind, relocation, or unmet expectations.
In rare cases (such as N20's permanent closure during the validity period), we may offer a goodwill credit or partial consideration at our sole discretion. This is not a guarantee or contractual obligation.
11Privacy & communications
- Personal information collected at registration (name, mobile number, birthday, anniversary, email if provided) is used only for membership administration and to deliver tier benefits.
- Cardholders will receive transactional WhatsApp messages related to their card — bill summaries, point updates, reservation confirmations, expiry reminders. These are mandatory while the card is active.
- Marketing communications (event invitations, new menu announcements) are opt-in at registration and may be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP to any marketing message.
- We do not sell or share cardholder data with third parties for marketing purposes.
12Misuse & termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a card without refund in cases of:
- Fraud, misrepresentation, or unauthorised use of the card.
- Abusive behaviour towards N20 staff, other diners, or visiting guests.
- Resale of a card to a third party for compensation.
- Sharing or impersonating the registered identity to claim registered-holder-only benefits (birthday, anniversary, event tickets, banquet, garden, tasting) without authorisation.
- Fraudulent OTP requests, or any attempt to bypass the OTP gate to redeem points without the registered holder.
- Repeated violations of these terms after a written warning.
13Dispute resolution
If you have a concern about your card, the points balance, or any benefit, please:
- Speak to the on-duty manager during your visit, or
- Message us on WhatsApp at the registered N20 number.
We aim to respond within 3 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kalaburagi, Karnataka.
14Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or a membership card shall be governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kalaburagi, Karnataka.
