Banquet booking terms.

Please read the thirty clauses below before sending your enquiry. They mirror the printed Concern / Consent Form a coordinator walks through in office before the booking is confirmed and the advance is paid. The version recorded on your enquiry is the version that applies to your booking.

Booking, Payment & Cancellation

    Booking Confirmation
    Your booking is confirmed once the advance payment is received. Tentative holds may be released if the advance is not paid within the agreed time.
  2. 02
    Advance & Payment Policy
    The advance amount is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled. Full payment must be cleared before the event starts. Extra guests or additional services will be billed separately.
  3. 10
    Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation charges may apply depending on the cancellation date. Date changes are subject to hall availability and management approval.

Guest Count, Timing & Duration

    Guest Count Policy
    Please share the final guest count at least 48 hours before the function. Billing will be based on the guaranteed guest count or actual attendance, whichever is higher.

    Timing Policy
    The event should finish within the booked timing. Extra usage beyond the agreed timing will be charged.
  3. 14
    Event Duration Policy
    The banquet booking includes a maximum event duration of 4 hours. Any extension beyond the booked duration will be charged.
  4. 26
    Service Extension Policy
    Management may stop music, catering, lighting, and AC services after the booked event timing.

Food, Beverage & Vendors

    Outside Food & Decoration
    Outside food, beverages, cakes, catering items, decorators, sound systems, or event vendors require management approval in advance.
  2. 08
    Food Service Policy
    Once the buffet or menu is finalized, it cannot be reduced on the event day. If any ingredient or item is unavailable, management may provide a similar substitute.
  3. 23
    Vendor Responsibility Policy
    Outside vendors hired by the client must follow venue rules and timings. Any damage caused by vendors is the responsibility of the booking party.

Music, Sound & Air Conditioning

    Music & Sound
    Music and DJ volume/timing must follow local government rules. Sound or music is permitted only until 10:30 PM.
  2. 15
    Air Conditioning Policy
    AC will be switched on from the official event start time. Early AC usage before the event time is chargeable at ₹2,500 per hour.
  3. 16
    Orchestra, Singer & Sound Policy
    Orchestra, live singers, or performances are permitted only inside the banquet hall. Music systems are not permitted in the outside garden area.

Conduct, Safety & Misconduct

    Smoking, Alcohol & Misconduct Policy
    Guests who appear intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be requested to step out. Alcohol, smoking, drug use, or nuisance behaviour inside the property is not permitted. If this happens, management may need to deny entry or end the event without refund.
  2. 12
    Illegal Activities
    Illegal activity, violence, or nuisance during the event is not permitted. If this happens, management may need to stop the function to keep guests and the venue safe.
  3. 21
    Child Safety Policy
    Parents/guardians are responsible for children during the event. Management is not responsible for accidents or injuries involving children.

Decoration, Fire & Restricted Items

    Decoration & Fixing Policy
    Wall drilling, nails, screws, tape marks, or decoration work that may damage the venue is not permitted.
  2. 20
    Fire & Safety Policy
    Fire crackers, cold pyros, smoke guns, open flames, or hazardous materials require prior management approval.
  3. 27
    Drone & Photography Policy
    Drone usage inside the premises requires prior management approval and necessary permissions.
  4. 28
    Confetti / Foam / Color Policy
    Confetti blasts, foam parties, colour powders, flower-rain machines, or similar activities require prior permission.

Property, Damage, Cleanliness & Security Deposit

    Damage & Responsibility
    Any damage to venue property, furniture, lights, decor, cutlery, banquet assets, or other venue items caused by guests, organizers, or vendors will be chargeable.
  2. 18
    Security Deposit Policy
    Management may collect a refundable security deposit for selected events. Damages or extra cleaning charges may be adjusted from this deposit.
  3. 22
    Cleanliness Policy
    Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness inside the banquet and garden premises. Extra cleaning charges may apply for excessive mess.

Parking, Power & Weather

    Parking & Vehicle Safety
    Parking is at the vehicle owner's risk. Management is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to vehicles or valuables.
  2. 13
    Natural, Weather & Emergency Situations
    Management is not responsible for unavoidable situations such as power failure, rain, heat, strikes, natural calamities, or emergencies beyond control. Weather-related arrangements are the host/client's responsibility.
  3. 24
    Power Backup Policy
    Power backup will be provided only for facilities available within the venue's infrastructure capacity.
  4. 25
    Parking Capacity Policy
    Parking is subject to availability. Management is not responsible for traffic congestion or parking inconvenience outside the venue.
  5. 29
    Lawn Weather Policy
    Garden and lawn usage is completely weather dependent. Management is not responsible for rain, wind, heat, insects, or outdoor disturbances.

Coordination & Verification

    Event Coordination Policy
    One authorized person from the host/client side should coordinate with banquet management during the event.
  2. 30
    Arrangement Verification Policy
    Please inspect and verify all arrangements before the event starts. If anything needs correction, let our coordinator know before or during the event so the team can address it as quickly as possible.
